Achieving the ISO 45001 gives Millcroft Services an effective occupational health and safety system which helps us protect and enhance our most important asset, our people and gives our clients the reassurance that we are committed to safe, healthy and sustainable working practices.

Safety is our number one priority and is at the heart of everything we do. Millcroft Services have in-house NEBOSH trained managers who regularly visit our sites to ensure works are progressing in accordance with our safe systems of work. These visits are documented and link into our company objectives which form a large part of our worker involvement commitments and Key performance Indicators.

Our scaffolding and construction operatives work to detailed, client approved Method Statements and Risk Assessments. We have a dedicated in-house team that that are experienced in the completion of Method Statement & works package plans. This enables us to submit these documents in the correct formats to ensure a fast approval period.

Tool box talks are scheduled and are delivered on a weekly basis or as and when required.

All Millcroft Services site supervisors work from comprehensive, audited site file systems to ensure policy, procedures & full HSQ&E compliance are adhered to throughout our projects.

Millcroft Services are accredited to ISO 9001 2008 which allows us to continually improve, streamline our operations and reduce costs, giving our clients the assurance that we have strong corporate governance. We are committed to providing, audited proof of quality, from the start of a project through to its completion.

All construction waste handled by Millcroft is supported with waste transfer documentation to ensure our clients that all waste is accounted for and responsibly disposed of. Millcroft are a licensed waste carrier, licence number CB/RM3857.
